Services Provided
Edigar Da Silva Photography provides photography services including, but not limited to, portraits, headshots, model portfolios, and custom shoots. These terms apply to all bookings, communications, and delivered services. Photography sessions include the delivery of unedited images as specified in the selected package. Image editing is not included unless purchased separately. Unedited images are delivered as high-quality JPEG previews and do not include RAW files.
Intellectual Property
All images and media produced during photoshoots remain the intellectual property of Edigar Da Silva Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized or inappropriate use of images may result in legal action.
Booking and Payment
A €50 deposit is required to secure a photoshoot booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. The deposit amount is deducted from the total session fee. Any additional options or fees will be communicated prior to the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made on the day of the photoshoot are non-refundable and result in the loss of the booking deposit. In the unlikely event the photographer must cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.
Media Sharing and Consent
By booking a photoshoot, you grant Edigar Da Silva Photography the right to use the photographs for self-promotion, portfolio, website, and social media use. Commercial use by third parties requires a written agreement. Clients may request in writing that their images not be used for promotional purposes.
Privacy and Data Collection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability and Indemnification
Edigar Da Silva Photography, including the photographer and any assistants, contractors, or collaborators working on behalf of the photographer, is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during a photoshoot or through the use of this website. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edigar Da Silva Photography and its representatives from any claims arising from the use of our services.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
